These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of products, services and consultations from CASTTCO. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

CASTTCO is a wellness consulting and products business operating in Greater London, United Kingdom, trading as [LEGAL TRADING NAME].

2. Products and services

We offer wellness consulting, THz frequency and Human Performance Technology (HPT) sessions, traditional herbal remedies, and wellness products including the Prife ring and Prife frequency device.

3. Health disclaimer

Our products and services are not medical treatment. Nothing we provide is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any wellness programme, particularly if you are pregnant, have an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker, or have an existing medical condition.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include [VAT STATUS]. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms only when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order and will refund any payment taken in full if we do.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your payment is also governed by Stripe’s terms.

6. Delivery

Physical goods are dispatched to addresses in the United Kingdom within 3–5 working days. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Appointments and cancellation

Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Your right to cancel and obtain a refund is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
